These terms govern your use of povfancycafe.com and the cafe POV video generator. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.
The service
POV Fancy Cafe turns two reference photos into a short vertical comedy clip using a preset cafe scene and a third-party video model. The scene, camera move and audio are fixed. We do not offer custom rooms, custom camera work or uploadable source video.
Your account
You must sign in to generate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One account per person. Sharing an account to pool credits is not permitted.
Credits and payment
Generation is paid with credits bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Credits never expire. A generation that the provider fails to complete is refunded to your balance automatically. Prices are shown before payment and may change for future purchases. A completed purchase is not retroactively repriced.
Acceptable use
You must have permission to use every photo you upload, including permission from the person shown. Do not upload images of minors, images you do not have rights to, or content that is sexual, harassing, hateful or otherwise unlawful. Uploaded images are moderated before generation, and a rejected image is not charged. Do not attempt to bypass moderation, automate uploads, resell access, or use the service to impersonate a real person in a misleading context.
Your content and the output
You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store the photos, send them to the video model provider and return the rendered clip. You own the generated clip, subject to the video model provider's terms. You are responsible for how you present it: label AI-generated footage where a platform requires it, and do not present the scene as real events.
Availability and limits
Generation depends on a third-party model. Queues, latency, output quality and occasional failure are outside our control. We may impose rate limits or pause generation to protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits used in the affected generation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend an account that violates these terms. Unused credits on a suspended account are handled case by case.
