What we collect
Account data: email address, name, profile image and authentication identifiers from the sign-in provider you choose. Uploaded photos: the two reference photos you submit for a generation, stored in our object storage so the video model can read them. Generated clips: the video returned by the provider, stored so you can preview, download and revisit it in your history. Payment data: checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. We receive payment status, amount, currency and a payment identifier. We never see or store full card numbers. Usage data: generation events, credit ledger entries and aggregate page analytics. We do not record free text you type outside the feedback form.
Why we process it
To create the video you asked for, including sending both photos to the video model provider. To operate your account, credit balance and purchase history. To detect abuse, enforce content moderation and keep the service available. To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.
Who we share it with
fal.ai — the video model provider that receives your two photos and the template video URL to render the clip. Dodo Payments — the merchant of record that processes checkout and handles tax. Cloudflare — hosting, object storage and CDN. Google — sign-in (if you choose it) and aggregate analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Uploaded photos stay in our object storage so you can reuse them, until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Generated clips stay in your history until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a history entry removes that clip from storage; the photos you uploaded are kept, because another generation may still reference them. Credit ledger and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form and is not tied back to an individual visitor.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to support@povfancycafe.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
